However, the contestants faced poor conditions, mistreatment, and harassment, including failure to pay proper wages, sexual harassment, false advertising, and lack of meal and rest breaks. The lawsuit alleges misclassification of contestants as employees for tax benefits, and the actual number of competitors being far more than advertised. MrBeast has faced legal issues in the past, including a lawsuit over subpar MrBeast Burgers. Despite the lawsuit, MrBeast and Amazon have not commented, and the release date for Beast Games on Amazon Prime Video remains unknown.
