Nadler expressed concerns about the lack of action taken by Chairman Jordan in addressing these issues, citing a pattern of swift responses from X when false information targets conservatives. He also questioned the Federal Election Commission’s role in addressing social media censorship, emphasizing the need for fair and unbiased enforcement of platform policies.
