Tesla has discontinued its least expensive car, the Model 3 Standard Range Rear-Wheel Drive, from its online configurator. Initially priced at $39,000, this model was replaced by the Model 3 Long-Range Rear-Wheel Drive at $42,500. Tesla’s third-quarter report revealed the delivery of 462,890 vehicles, falling short of analysts’ expectations despite a 6.4% increase from the previous year. Recalls this year have affected over 2.2 million vehicles, raising concerns among customers about the company’s quality control.
